What do you want to create for yourself?

It’s a good starting point to ask yourself a question to dig inside of you. it’s ok to be out of this world for a moment and really ask your mind, Who you really want to be?.

Find out what you really like the most. Something that you can’t stop thinking about. It has to be your passion, your true calling. Take the risk, failure is inevitable but it’s gonna be worth to continue fighting and getting up every time you fall. It’s not going to be the easy path but at least you won’t feel lost.

In my case, It turns out that exercising my body makes me feel great, every workout I do, I put all my awareness in every movement: push, pull, jumps, hold, breathing. I feel more alive but that is me. You need to find something that fuels you.

Every day I worked out feeling the burn in my muscles, the real gains that were being received. When I started working out, that one feeling every single day gave me results. There has been said that it is not an overnight result, I agree, but I just enjoyed this sensation so much. One day a cousin of mine grab a dumbbell and start doing bicep curls, He was doing so much that I lost the count and then I asked him, How much reps you did? He answers: I don’t count them, I do and don’t stop until I feel the BURN. He showed me his biceps through the mirror and I was shocked. He was really pumped and I say to myself: What if I do the same?

So every time I arrived from school, I grab the dumbbell and did the same. Then I did some research on how to work my forearms too. As days go by, I saw people hanging on top of the swings that use children to perform pull-ups while I was jogging, many laps as I can to feel the burn ( I was saying that to my subconscious mind). I decided to join those people and they started to show me how to do dips, tricks that I haven’t seen before. They encouraged me to go to a better place to train, the entry was forbidden but we couldn’t resist the temptation to train there. I realized that all of those experiences were signals to discover more and more and I ended up obsessed with these types of training.

This is how I discovered one of my passions, I went through years of hard work, and at the same time, I enjoyed the process of transforming my body. I’m not done and I’m willing to strive for more, I will not stop. I hope the article can inspire you to change, not only your body but also, all areas of your life. Be willing to get it done now. We can’t stop time but we can be unstoppable.
